Italy Daily Planning Page
Plan each Italy day with a little more ease, intention, and room for the good stuff.
The Italy Daily Planning Page is a simple, thoughtful worksheet designed to help you organize one day of your trip at a time, so your itinerary feels polished, realistic, and actually enjoyable once you are on the ground.
It gives you space to map out the details that matter: where you are starting, what you are prioritizing, what needs to be booked, where you want to eat, how you are getting around, what to wear, and where you want to leave a little breathing room.
Because in Italy, the best days usually have a plan.
They also have space for the long lunch, the second espresso, the unexpected shop, and the piazza you did not mean to fall in love with.
This Free Planning Page Is For You If…
-
You are planning your first Italy trip and want the days to feel less overwhelming.
-
You already have too many saved restaurants, tours, and “maybe” ideas and need a prettier way to make sense of them.
-
You like a trip that feels well thought out, but not over-scheduled.
-
You want to balance sightseeing with meals, wandering, shopping, rest, and the occasional Aperol spritz that was absolutely not on the official itinerary, but somehow became essential.
-
You are building an itinerary for Rome, Florence, Venice, Capri, the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany, Milan, Lake Como, or anywhere else in Italy where the details matter.
Why I Made It
I love a beautifully planned trip, but I do not love a trip that feels like a spreadsheet with jet lag.
This page was created for the middle ground: enough structure to make the day feel smooth, enough flexibility to let Italy do what Italy does best.
The Italy Packing Edit: Chic, Comfortable, and Cobblestone-Approved
Packing for Italy is a delicate little dance between looking polished and not destroying your feet by day two. You want outfits that feel beautiful in photos, comfortable at lunch, appropriate for churches and museums, and easy enough to wear when your itinerary somehow includes 18,000 steps and a dinner reservation you care about.
This edit is built around pieces that travel well: linen, cotton, light layers, comfortable sandals, polished sneakers, easy dresses, tailored separates, and accessories that make the whole thing feel intentional. The goal is not to overpack. The goal is to arrive with outfits that work hard, look effortless, and don’t make you regret your shoe choices halfway across a piazza. Some links may be affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission if you shop through them, at no additional cost to you. Everything is chosen with the Styled & Miles standard in mind: polished, practical, and worth making room for in your carry-on.
